Let me begin by thanking you for stopping by and taking the opportunity to begin a dialogue on how WE will work together to ensure your financial and social interests are represented with ability, integrity and accountability.
While I will spend a few moments introducing myself and talk about my perspective on the core issues, I want everyone to have a full appreciation for my view of what government is now, as well as what it could and should be.
Plank Nbr 1: Get City Hall working for us again.
Right now, the taxpayers are working for City Hall. All they require of us is to back up the cash truck each time we pay our municipal taxes or park at an LRT station and then give them our vote every 3 years. Other than that, they feel pretty safe we are too busy living our lives to care enough that we will hold them accountable. IF I AM ELECTED, I WILL REVERSE THAT. In addition to my detailing of what I see as the big issues, I want to hear from you BEFORE and AFTER the election. I will also be REPORTING and LISTENING to all constituents, using a variety of methods.
My Vision…To deliver more and better services to our bosses, the taxpayer. And do it at a lower cost!

Plank Nbr 2: Manage our money properly so we can (and will):
• Increase our services
• Cut our taxes.
When we have $ 250 million of awarded business become $ 1 Billion when the bills are all tallied, there is a big mess and an odor coming from the council chambers and administration offices. And it gets worse when you combine a further $ 60 million In service cuts that has been alleged to be coming, just so they will ONLY HAVE TO RAISE OUR TAX BILLS BY 6.7%! I have heard some ideas from candidates from both the Mayoral and Ward 4 race that make me cringe at what we might be in store for if they are elected. So let’s examine what should and shouldn’t be done.

I have many other issues that are near and dear to my heart that you can view under the “Additional Detail” button below but I am smart enough to know that I don’t know everything! I NEED YOUR IDEAS AND INPUT! Pop your thoughts, suggestions and questions into “THE OVEN” and I promise we will cook up some good stuff!
MY PLEA TO YOU:
While I would ask you to take a few minutes to go through the “Additional Detail” so you can see my plan, you may still say, “DWIGHT, YOU ARE CRAZY TO THINK YOU CAN CHANGE CITY HALL”. Now here’s my question to you:
“ARE YOU CRAZY ENOUGH TO HAVE FAITH AND VOTE FOR ME SO THIS CHANGE WILL HAPPEN?” And if you are, can you please tell your neighbors and friends in WARD 4 to look at this site to see what I have to offer and see if they are also CRAZY enough to believe their vote will result in a positive change? We are the little army that can and will make this happen!
